Email Xtreme Mason Contractors at the address below. Include the email address used to sign in and your employer name. Do not include your PIN or password. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

What we delete

After a verified account-deletion request, we disable and remove the account’s sign-in access, account profile information, and active sessions. We also delete personal data that is no longer needed for company operations, security, or legal obligations.

Records we may retain

AccuBuildr is a workplace operations system. Time entries, payroll-related records, job reports, project documents, and related operational records may be retained when needed for company operations, tax, contractual, legal, dispute-resolution, or security obligations. Retained records are not available for sign-in after the account is removed and remain restricted to authorized personnel. They are retained only for the applicable required period.

Requests for specific data

You may also request correction, access, or deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account. We will explain what can be removed and what must be retained, if any.
