Who this applies to

AccuBuildr is a field-operations app provided by Xtreme Mason Contractors LLC for authorized company users. This policy explains how the app handles information used for scheduling, timekeeping, job documentation, and related construction operations.

Information the app handles

• Account and role information, such as name, email address, and work role.
• Work records, including project assignments, time entries, reports, notes, and jobsite documents.
• Photos and files that an authorized user chooses to attach to a report, issue, or project record.
• Location while the app is in use when a user chooses to clock in or out and location enforcement is enabled for that user or project.
• Audio only when a user chooses the optional report-dictation feature.
• Messages and notification records, plus app installation identifiers and device notification tokens when phone notifications are enabled.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate authorized users, assign and document work, record time, support payroll and project operations, protect company systems, and respond to support requests. AccuBuildr is not designed for advertising or for selling personal information.

Service providers and optional features

The service uses Cloudflare-hosted application, database, and file-storage infrastructure. When an authorized user chooses optional AI report assistance or audio transcription, the submitted report text or audio is sent to OpenAI to provide that requested feature. When a project address is used for geocoding or weather, the address or coordinates may be sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Open-Meteo. Do not use optional features for information you are not authorized to share.

Phone notifications

Optional phone alerts use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iPhone, Apple Push Notification service. These providers process installation identifiers, notification tokens, and delivery information to route alerts to your phone. Alerts contain a generic notice and message and recipient identifiers. Message text and project documents remain in AccuBuildr and require sign-in to read. Signing out removes the phone registration associated with that session.

Your choices

You can control camera, photo-library, microphone, location, and notification permissions in your device settings. Declining a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but should not prevent access to unrelated features. You can also turn off phone alerts in the app while continuing to use your inbox. For account, correction, access, or deletion requests, contact your employer or the contact below.

Retention and security

Work records are retained while needed for company operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and system security. Access is restricted to authorized users and administrators, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
